  They run Victorian college of dog grooming giving you 50% of your dogs groom. Sounds great but be aware they have no idea how to groom dogs and don't care how they treat you or your loved one. I asked for certain things to be done on my little Charlie and they didn't do one thing l asked for, instead they just shaved him all off and told me it's 2 weeks between a good haircut and a bad one. I sat in my car and cried looking at him, went back in and complained but there rudeness shocked me even more. No refund or any thing offered, it was a heart breaking experience to see my best friend look so dreadful and myself treated like a second class citizen. NEVER EVER AGAIN

  Don't order online! I just received my order and not a happy customer as paid $11 shipping for a product that was $15, the rest of the items ordered were not in stock. Just a note enclosed with the 1 item sent saying will refund. Call that communication? No email or call to ask if I wanted to go ahead with the order, which I would not have. Poor customer service. Their online store is outdated and clearly not maintained. Lazy customer service makes me mad! I won't be shopping on line again.
