    Have been ordering from Bonsai Bali for nearly 2 years but tonight have lost me as a customer. Asked to swap 2 mains in dinner pack as I have always done countless times without problems and have been told by staff is fine. Was placed on hold 3 times and then the the waitress on the other end said "We don't have time for this!" So I hung up and won't be ordering again. Rude! A restaurant should have time to take a correct order without a nasty attitude.
