  Bad experience as a buyer. Upon asking, I was being told during inspection that all fixtures in the property are working fine and have no fault. I trusted their word and after the purchase, found out that one of the main fixture (electronic item) was fake and was installed as a dummy, even though it was advertised in the website as a fixture!

  Almost a month ago, after my this feedback, O'Brien marketing team contacted me and promised me that they will look after that bad experience for me. They contacted the regional office and assured me that someone from that office will work closely with me on that issue until it is resolved. After waiting weeks and weeks and asking them for an update, no one contacted me back at all and simply brushed it off!

  Simon Murphy and his team did an absolute top job. He went out of his way to help us through the selling process and achieved a great result in record time. We are very pleased with his efforts. I wouldn't go anywhere else but to him.
