  I have a business account with Australia Post and last week when I was at this shop, a male staff served me and told me that they have introduced Fax Order Forms for my business to buy aus post stock on my post account number, and I can have it delivered to my business address. So I don't have to come in to buy my express post bags.

  GRUMPY MANAGER - Visited this store yesterday was disappointed in the way i was spoken with by the person serving at the counter, I was inform by another staff member when i requested to speak to the manager that the person serving me was in fact the store manager.

  Lack of service, self service "Concierge" looked like she didn't want to be there. When we needed help with the self service nobody was around as the concierge had stormed off in a huff. Avoid like the plague.

  I frequently visit this post office, at lunchtime it does get busy however I've also posted parcels in the morning and later in the afternoon and it was a lot quieter. Their self service machines that they have there is easier and quicker for me when I'm pushed for time. In my experiences in dealing with the staff at this branch I haven't had any issues with them, they been helpful, explaining things to me, and it's good to see that they are not "robot like" when I had the chance to speak to one of the staff (tall blond lady). The only problem I do have is that they at times get really busy but overall pleasant to deal with. KEEP IT UP

  When the store manager has a bad attitude the whole store is affected - Australia post is meant to be supplying a service to customers maybe some customer service is in order because you greatly failed me as your customer yesterday.

  I been to other Australia post branches but this this the best. Even though a busy branch staff do their best. I always go there and had a very good customer service.
