    Never go to Cranbourne officeworks- I’m the only customer in the shop and they couldn’t bind one project there and then. Said too many jobs. Awesome customer service

    I asked for advice on how to print something (not a regular printer) and the way she responded was patronising, she made me feel like an idiot for not knowing. She then printed my picture in black and white even though my original was colour (we used paper that I paid $45 for 50 sheets for, so she is lucky that it was going in a frame and could be printed on the other side.

    The new isle layout, and signage of the products is much better now. Staff are helpful.

    Very bad experience! Wasted half an hour to print a 4*6 card size photo. No option worked. Including the app to transfer photo and print. There is instructions on the kiosk that explains how to use the app. Apparently they are not configured to use. Customer service is awful. I'll never come back here.
