    The staff on 30-09-17 near closing were harrassing old customers who come in every fortnight glued 6 staff to us some pretending to be busy , others just sitting lined up with each aisle we were in.

    Incredibly rude and overly proud manager. Came in looking to make a large purchase (over 20k worth of goods for new home), but the what we received in return was so appalling we had to leave the store in a hurry.

    We have wasted a lot of money over many years in this store. They know who we are as they comment half the time at the register about been there a lot. We have so many discs it's hard to work out what we don't have sometimes or what we want next. We've bought doubles accidently at times.

    I can appreciated its an electronics store with expensive items that need protecting but today felt specific and directed at us.

    We were hounded by multiple staff and spyed on by staff from around the corners of the DVD aisles, It was clearly obvious that there was an issue today, we felt harrassed. Never have we experienced this. We have only been good customers and have never given the store or staff any reason to treat us in this manner. We had our child with us who never comes with us have to feel the pressure that was clearly there.

    I usually go to JB HI FI in CBD or JB HI FI Cranbourne Home in Tompson Road ! Yesterday was my first time going to this store and my experience was absolutely shocking ! I asked the staff to do a price-match for me but they refused it very aggressively ! They provided a lot of wrong information to justify themselves too! So this make me to drive to Frankston store and they simply did a price match for me with Dell Australia and I simply purchased the item (Dell 13, 7000 series for $1,614.00) ! Staff working at Cranbourne shopping centre are bunch of amateurs or perhaps absolutely arrogant !

    My partner ,child and I were in 30.09.17 at approx 4:30 looking at DVDs only, we go in every second Saturday and usually purchase $50-75 of DVDs.

    I was in JB today and I was looking in the mobile phone section. A staff member headed my way but ignored me and paged a staff member for someone else. After the page he then glanced at me then rushed offff to the gaming section.i was passed a couple more times by another staff member. So far customer service is crap. No wonder why they don't get sales. I'm also looking for a new washing machine​, I won't be going back to this store. In the end I was served by another staff member who was already serving someone else.

    The manager was very grumpy and rude, and did not seem to want to help us at all, nor did he appear to have any knowledge about the concept of customer service. We did not receive any sort of "genuine personal service from our experienced specialist staff" as stated on the JB Hi-Fi website, in fact what we received was, simply, quite the opposite.

    Because we had a very large purchase planned we first talked to the salesperson and afterwards asked for the manager to negotiate a better deal for us. The salesperson was great, but the manager was quite the opposite. The manager came over, but only once and for a very short amount of time. He clearly didn't seem to be very eager to communicate with us. He simply gave us a price and left. Afterwards which he refused to talk to us directly and instead the poor salesperson had to run back and forth between us and the manager. While the manager himself was just standing there flirting away with one of his colleagues/employees and completely ignoring us.

    We were very willing to make the very large purchase on the spot there, but with the complete lack of respect and with no sign of any consideration for the customers we decided to leave the store immediately. I am still shocked by how rude the management is in this store, and never have I encountered such disappointing customer service.
