  I found Elite Computers to be fast, reliable and helpful. What a refreshing approach to fixing my computer as no fix no fee! I found elite to be friendly, honest ,very reliable and very knowledgeable to all sorts of problems and they have been fixed. Its nice to know that I can have someone to come to my home instead of picking up my desktop and dragging it to another suburb that can cause more problem not only can you damage your car but could also cause more problems, and because I'm disabled I find this Task impossible. I would not hesitate to recommend elite, as they are friendly and trustworthy, reliable and affordable.

  A couple of honest computer hereos that won't hurt your wallet. We have been here a few of times for our computer check ups. Our desk tops and lap tops have all been patients here. Located right opposite to Cranbourne Police Station. Shop is nothing fancy. Just a couple of tech guys, some equipment & over flowed computers.

  Here is the thing. Our computer's were running slow. They were able to speed things up. We needed to reinstall programs, they were able to do it. We needed memory, they had it.

  They stayed within the quote of their standard rate and understood I had a ceiling limit with my budget for additional (software, etc) products if needed, with no pressure to choose any. Which I discussed with the costumer service before making a booking. The technicians have been prompt, polite and straight forward. The technicians explained things to me in simple terms, and gave me some options, and fixed the problem, considering my budget and the type of computer user I am. I feel they offer value for money and personalized service. So I use them because I have confidence in there service. They have very good costumer service follow up. A+

  The staff at elite are approachable, friendly and extremely helpful. They helped my partner buy a new computer and gave us an awesome price and lots of information. They also never pressured us to buy any thing, just simply gave us the information that we needed and let us make the decision. When we broke our old computer they fixed it very easily and efficiently. Also if products are unavailable or out of stock they are able to order them in. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buy/repair anything remotely related to computers!

  For simple tech issues to building a computer these guys are legit. Other places in the area do not even compare. Service is fast and efficient. Some jobs are quick, some take a bit longer. They keep you in the loop of what to expect.

  Tim is amazing tech. We have had 2 other companies and both told me to buy a new computer which would have cost $2,000 for my needs, where Tim came and solved the issue for $200. He left me with advise to follow in case i had issue in the future in easy English not tech talk. Tim is a 12/5 or 24/10 for service, backup and to explain so I could understand the issue in my 3 year old computer. Cheers Arthur

  What you need to know is, these guys are honest. They are not going to do anything unnecessary. If it is not performing ideally, they can successfully pinpoint the problem and make it all better.
