  Excellent customer service when my husband to get a hot cappuccino we ask for extra hot and she makes it extra hot, I get a apple juice with ice and a peanut brownie the slice of cake she gives me is perfect.

  Dicusting breakfast bacon deep fried the smell was off puting..the young man that cooked it was filthy ..where are the standards..

  How this place is allowed to have a kitchen to make food fit for human consumption is beyond baffling. A food safety auditer would have an absolute field day in here.

  She went and spoke to someone, the chef i presume in the cooking area, and came back and said it was correct. At the end of my meal another waitress, who i am assuming was the head, asked me how my meal was. I informed her of the 1/2 a bowl and wouldn't be returning. She asked if she could do something for me. I asked what could she do? She said if i had mentioned about the size earlier....i told her i did. An apology was all i got for a $10.90 soup and it wasn't even a good soup was the rub.

  I ordered a bowl of potato and leek soup. It came half full with one piece of nearly the end of the bread roll with it. I asked the waitress if it was correct that i only got 1/2 a bowl rather than at 3/4 of a bowl or a full bowl.
