    The guy called Marty at the Cranbourne Park Commonwealth Bank branch was so helpful. He helped me with some overdraw fees and was really cool about it, but still so professional and knowledgeable. They were really busy at the time I went but he made it quick and easy, it was great :)

    There are so many employees chatting away yet only 3 tellers for a 25 people que ....disappointed

    Slow service in an empty bank. Floors need a vacuum and I'm a pretty messy person. Disgusting.
